Legal Rights

Did you know the spirit realm has a legal system. Below is a breakdown of the involved parties.

God=Judge

Holy Spirit(Comforter)=Counsel of Defense/legal assistant

You/I=Defendant

Satan=Accuser/Plantiff

Isaiah 33:22

(For the Lord is our Judge,
The Lord is our Lawgiver,
The Lord is our King;
He will save us);

John 14:16

And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;

Comforter=pleads another’s cause before the judge, counsel of defense, legal assistant, advocate

Revelation 12:10

Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say:

“Now have come the salvation and the power
    and the kingdom of our God,
    and the authority of his Messiah.
For the ACCUSER of our brothers and sisters,
    who accuses them before our God day and night,
    has been hurled down.

Accuser-before a judge, to make an accusation to charge with some offense

1Peter 5:8

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.

Adversary=opponent, an opponent in a suit of law, enemy

Devour=swallow up, destroy

Satan wants to destroy the children of God.

In the natural world there are laws in place to keep order in the world. Once a law has been passed, they are enforced by the local/federal government. In the event a law is broken, you’re not instantly punished. In some cases you’ll received a citation with a fine, once the fine is paid the matter is closed.

However, depending on the nature of the law violated, one may have to go before a judge. In the court the judge is responsible for interpreting law to determine how a trial or hearing will proceed. The judge will use established laws to determine sentencing.

A lawyer is usually present for involved parties. The role of a lawyer is to advise and represent a client in the legal proceedings. Lawyers are also referred to as a counselor, advocate, pleader and legal adviser.

There is a plaintiff and defendant. The plaintiff is who initiate the court proceedings. The defendant is the one accused of breaking the law.

Have you ever heard someone say, “how could God let that happen, He supposed to be a loving God”.

Most believers would be surprised to know that God has laws we must abide by. When those laws are broken, there’s a charge brought against you/I(defendat) by satan(the accuser/plantiff).

I previously spoke about grace and how we abuse it. Because of grace many of us were spared the judgement we deserved. Not receiving the judgement we deserve will sometimes lead to a person abusing grace and now having to they face the judgement of God.

Each time we(defendant) sin, satan (the accuser/plantiff) presents his case before God(Judge). The Holy Spirit/Comforter(counsel for defense, legal assistant, advocate,pleads another cause before the judge) speaks on our behalf to defend the charges.

Just like in the natural courts a defendant’s sentence is determined by factors such as past convictions, probability of defendant becoming a habitual offender etc.

My belief is at times our judgements can also be influenced by our past convictions-Is this a first time offense? Was defendant remorseful ? Are they a habitual violator?

Unfortunately there’s a significant amount of believers that likened their mishaps to the story of Job, not wanting to at least see if they’ve violated any of God’s laws. The story of Job gives an account of how satan must always get God’s permission to attack. In the story of Job, it wasn’t that he broke any laws, instead it shows how Job was being tested to see if he would curse God because of satan’s attacks.

God’s laws are written throughout the Bible. You must learn the laws and the consequences attached to them. If you’re having mishaps in life, at least pray and ask God if He allowed this because of a broken law. Ask God to reveal why you’re facing these challenges. Sure we must endure some long sufferings as a fruit of the spirit however even that must end.

Long story short= Your life mishaps, attacks are likely because you broke God’s laws. There’s also a possibility your life mishaps and attacks could be from the laws your ancestors broke(generational curses).

Clarification will be found in the blueprint=The Holy Bible
